Accommodation

• Since Villa Scalabrini first opened in July 1986, it has undergone a complete makeover, thus providing larger bedrooms.
• Villa Scalabrini can accommodate 53 elderly residents and all of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are 47 single rooms and 3 double rooms.
• Residents� accommodation is arranged in Village Units on the ground and first floors. Each unit has its own lounge, dining room, kitchenette and assisted bathroom.
• All bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are equipped with an �intercall� system, which allows Residents to alert the Carers to their needs at any time.
• There are telephone sockets in all bedrooms thus enabling Residents to apply for a private telephone line.
• Residents are able to personalise their rooms with various items such as own furniture, own TV as there are TV points in each room, ornaments, pictures and photographs.
• The Home is serviced by two lifts to all floors.
